<Thats Me - Photo By Tromac Photography

I am 18 and living in East Maitland at the moment with my grandparents. I was attending Maitland High School until just recently. Was doing Cert 2 IT in TAFE but quit. It was boring.

Several years ago I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS (Pervasive Development Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified) which is part of the Autism spectrum which has made schooling just a little difficult through the years, to say the least. I have lived in many different places including Telarah, Medowie, Parklea and Marayong (Sydney). and my passion is photography and computers.  (Rediagnosed with Asperger Syndrome)

About my photography, I have two cameras and my mobile phone (Nokia N97), a Canon Powershot S5IS and a Canon EOS 1000D

I have been the school photographer for Mitchell High in Sydney and Irrawang High in Raymond Terrace where I am still the Drum Corp photographer.

I'm currently working as a volunteer and assisting with Tromac Photography in some of their work. Link in The Contact Me Bar

My interest in photography started in year 6 at Maitland Public School when I was asked to take photos around the school for the kindy students orientation booklet.  This interest continued into Rutherford High, expanding into video production. When my family moved to Medowie, and I started attending Irrawang High.  The teachers were very supportive of me continuing to take photos of the different activities during the year including Star Struck, Battle of the Bands, year assemblies, excursions and the best of all was being invited back last year to the Year 10 formal as the official school based photographer.

My greatest interest is macro photography, especially spiders, however I am developing an interest in action photography.  Recently I spent over 2 hrs and took more than 600 shots of an electrical storm to capture the lighting.
